Tips for Hosting
All Wheels Welcome
Choose a beginner friendly accessible path to encourage more people to rollout. Consider terrain, hills, parking, restrooms and water breaks.
Scout and plan your route ahead of time. We suggest keeping the rollout to 90 minutes or less.
WORLDWIDE ROLLOUT DAY™ is officially on July 11th, but due to weekdays, weather or other circumstances can prevent you from hosting an event on that day. No worries, you are welcome to reschedule as necessary.
Please use the official WORLDWIDE ROLLOUT DAY™ approved logos and byline text to create your event graphics and posts. There was a ton of incredible art created last year, let’s unite by including the official logo and byline in your creations.
